This was also the first thing to hit me...I too was late in coming to STAS, I had heard Night In The City on the radio, and that was about it. I remember buying it (after joining this list) and listening to I Had A King, and being amazed at the way she sang "Brown", so much lower than anything she sang on Clouds, which I had had for a long time. The other thing that gnawed at me was that even though I had never heard I Had A King (or a cover of it), the melody was strangely familiar. It took me a bit to realize that what I had heard was the sampled melody in PM Dawn's song "The Ways of the Wind".
