Baroque composer Domenico Scarlatti based his "Cat Fugue" on a subject (the 
term for the main theme of a fugue) supposedly derived from the notes that 
resulted when his cat walked across his harpsichord's keyboard. It is an 
unusual sequence of notes, and very beautiful, whether true or not.
