A few years back Francesco Lucarelli, one of the authors of the two-volume
"Crosby, Stills, Nash and Sometimes Young" contacted a few listmembers to
request use of their Joni photos in the book set.  Francesco was also a
listmember here at the time. For those who contributed or may be interested
in obtaining the set - it has finally been released in the Netherlands and
is available through the Dutch website http://www.gopherpublishers.com (for
the English version select "shop" and then type in the title in the search
box).  Leslie Mixon did contribute a number of her Joni photos and is
credited on the website.  I think Phyliss and a few others may have also
contributed photos.  The book has been receiving great reviews.  A number of
great people were interviewed for the book (including Kate's friend John
Gonzales), but it looks like they didn't get a chat with Joni.  Here is part
