Thanks for filling in the details on a few of the people interviewed. The
authors certainly covered a lot of interesting folk.

Yes - he was a friend of Crosby and Nash back in the days and they helped
him record his album back then (around the time of If I Can Only Remember My
Name) but I recall it wasn't finalized and released until a few years back.
It had a very exotic sound and he and his partner used a number of
interesting East Indian/Asian musical instruments.

> Tom Campbell - with Steve Gillette wrote the classic "Darcy Farrow."

 Do you know if this is the same Tom Campbell who started and runs the
Guacamole Fund?
