i read this letter on one of my musician lists last month as someone had had received her "fan" letter (i don't think she's all that up & coming btw)...of course there was much discussion of the letter & the artist as being very ignorant (about how to build a music career in general), very self-absorbed obviously...what is even more sad is that this artist is a lesbian, according to someone in her area who knows her or knows of her...
