On my New England trip I was totally on my own and covered 4000 miles in 12 days. this Europe trip I was with my John and did 3254 in 9 days. Europe was not wild and no guns in sight and no adverts for Militia meetings on trees, and no Xtian propaganda(rabid kind). New England was -30 and wild and remote.
I felt ill quite a bit in europe. I was really ill most of the time in New England. I realised that doing that amount of driving, the stress etc is what makes me ill! You'd think at almost 44 I would know what when I am stressed or tired and I don't till I am ill because of it. Next trip will be more leisurely! Although this trip was for dog purposes so I had to go where I went. john is a good organizer so he will arrange where we go etc next time.
