A  cute little anecdote on this:  I work in a public library.  Today, one 
our patrons requested an interlibrary loan for a book about how to avoid 
paying taxes. Of course, we will work diligently to fill his 
request.  Thank goodness the taxpayers see fit to pay for this service.
