I just HAD to chime in here...I feel like this ALL the time here in Jersey, 
Catherine...the other day, I got *lost* and I could see a landmark that I knew was 
close to where I needed to be but be damned if I could get to it...I somehow found my 
way back home and in hind site, it's pretty funny, but at the time, sheer frustration. 
Honeyboi tells me it's because this used to be all farmland and country roads which 
have been paved (paradise). Suffice to say it's NOTHING like around Toronto, 
Catherine. At least there, if you miss the exit, you know you can grab the next one 
and just turn around but here ... nooooooooo.
