Jim Thanks very much for the plug. Just an update for those who care and those who are on the fence about getting a copy. Thanks to so many of you the costs of pressing and all royalties paid have been recouped and we are in the black. I am now considering working on volume 3 soon. Last week we have a burn emergency in Honduras and I had to obtain two Dermatome machines (skin grafting) to send down lat weekend. 6 Kids were burned very badly by a tipped over pot of hot grease and four more in a bad house fire. The machine we had was missing blades so I tried to buy some and they are on back order. Shriner's Burn Center in Galveston sent to machines and blades over the same day I requested them and they were in Honduras within 24 hours. It is for these types of emergencies that we need the Burn Unit there so badly. Please consider us when you are giving presents to people you love and pick up a copy.
