Why not just make a running list of the acronyms and keep it beside your computer and use it as a reference? I can relate to what you're saying, when I signed up for a Springsteen digest I read through post after post with Springsteen songs and records all in acronyms & I was totally lost. I eventually caught up, like I did here, but with your handicap it's a different issue. I'll be glad to put together a list for you if you like.
