+1 at least for the flush cache option and probably most of the others. The only sticking points are the tile specific options like "show tile info" which seems to be married to the map. Especially with the flush cache option, if you have more than one imagery layer visible, I'm not sure which one it flushes. You would kind of think whichever one is on top but there seems to be some weirdness there... I think it is refusing to flush Bing imagery unless it is the only imagery layer.
