Bible says Jesus was the first born of Mother Mary and she brought forth
her firstborn son ( Luk 2-7). Doesnt that mean Mary gave birth to more
than one child and the first one was Jesus?

In the Old Testament, people used to offer their first born child to God. It
was not necessary to wait until the mothers second delivery to decide the
former was first. Even though the mother doesnt have a second child she was
not disqualified to offer her first born. There is no relation between the
term first born and the number of deliveries. The first child came out of
a mothers womb, is the first born, regardless of whether she had a second
child or not.

So the usage of Jesus was the first born of Mary, need not have the
meaning that Mother Mary had other children.
