I need some help... I did my MCA in Dvangere and my university is in
Shimoga. At present I am in Singapore and I need some certificate from the
University urgently. As it is not possible for me to come to India
immediately I am in a bit of a fix.
Is there anyone among you from Shimoga.Can you please send me a mail if you
are from anywhere near Shimoga.
Please pray that I get the recquired papers in the correct time.
