Meant to also say that jQuery.namespace is a stripped down version of
jQuery.plugin. jQuery.plugin keeps track of which plugins were added
statically, which ones were added through jQuery's prototype as well
as methods for setting configuration, removing plugins, checking for
plugin existence and chaining jQuery back in.
