It seems to me that you did get serious responses when you posted in one of the innumerable recent threads about JSON changes. Outside that, I've seen your name in the discussion about Event filters. You added something about keyboard events, and posted code that didn't seem to me at a glance to have anything to do with something I cared about, so I ignored it. And you posted a message about a dnd library for something called Raphael. A vague recollection tells me that has something to do with Canvas and/or SVG, neither of which I know much about. I might have posted one of my standard, "this belongs in the general group, not the dev one," messages, but it wasn't clear to me what it was you were discussing. <pause> I've just gone and looked at the Raphael message [1]. Not knowing anything about Raphael, I didn't find anything to pique my interest. And there are no links to some sort of demo. I'm much more likely to follow links to demos than to code. I then follow through with the code if the demo interests me. The exceptions to this mainly have to do with short clips showing possible changes to the library. Is this post really relevant to the discussion of the development of the jQuery library? If not, you'd be better off posting in the main group, which is where plug-ins and combinations with other tools are usually discussed. > I've posed serious questions, and offered serious > solutions, but nothing, niente, nada. What gives? I think many of the core developers are focused on getting 1.4 in final shape, and with the move off Google Groups to some other forum. But perhaps you simply haven't posted something yet that's caught other members' attention. Keep posting if you have things to say. Someone will hear you eventually. -- Scott ____________________ [1] http://groups.google.com/group/jquery-dev/msg/d1012738800603ef
