When you submit the form once (without filling fields), Validate does
his job as expected. But when you submit a second time (without
filling the fields), some forms input just disapears. I looked with
firebug and it seems that Validate adds style="display: none" to the
<label> containers.
That is a bug. Could you give the latest revision a try? It contains a
fix for this behaviour:
