It's just a guest book/comment section of my site. If you click "main menu" or any of those three nav links at the top of the page, you can see that it does break out of the frame but it opens in a new window. I want it to break out of frame and <u>remain in the same window</u>. I've added <a href="http://spinskins.net"; target="_top">Main Menu</a> to the links but it still jumps to a new window. I believe it's cause there is an iFrame in the center of that page that doesn't let me break out of it. I'm stumped on what to do next. Any help provided would be greatly appreciated.
