Mike... When I'm trying to grab the bottom right corner, and flip it to the left, I keep wanting to move my mouse past the edge of the flip area (just like I would with a real book). If the flip area were in the middle of the window, that would be no big deal. However since the flip area is flush to the edge of the window, when my mouse goes past the edge of the flip area, it also goes past the window which causes the corner to release and go back to it's original position.
