[jQuery] livequery + facebox loading after an ajax call

Been trying to add a facebox after ajax the page has been loaded via
ajax...

        $(function() {
                $('a[rel*=facebox]')
                 .livequery('click', function(event) {
                          jQuery.facebox({
                          loading_image : 'loading.gif',
                          close_image   : 'closelabel.gif'
                        });
                        return false;
                 });
        });

the facebox does start to load but then the script loads in its own
window rather than in the facebox.
