Bad link - page not found. Carefully look over the CSS, the button may need a float, or may have one that should be removed. I have seen this exact behavior and IE was positioning the button outside the boundaries of it's container so it was not visible. In my case, once I adde a float to the button, it returned to the correct location in IE, looking just like it did in Firefox.
