yeah, that it's a lot of work  :-(

best best is to make blank "-vsdoc" versions of the files that it
could be (this was the method talked about in point #8 of the second
link in my last post)

that way you'll get the core of jQuery playing nice with Studio, and
hope that someday the UI stuff catches up
