I've slowed it down so you can see it. When it slides up, it reaches the top and then displays the whole thing for a tenth of a second and then hides it again. It makes a jerky motion when sped up. I could really use some help on this. There is a separate issue that happens on the page this goes on. When I make surround "Help" with anchor tags instead of the p tag, the whole containing div expands clear accross the page and then shrinks back to the proper size when the text is displayed again.
