I know this isn't exactly the best group to ask this in but I was wondering if anybody had any information (I suspect someone in here was a part of the discussion) on this as I can't seem to find anything. A while ago there was a DOM Ready discussion that showed multiple ways to achieve DOM Ready. One of the methods was to introduce a second head element after the body tag. Strange I know but the discussion pointed to an MSDN article that suggested this approach and I am trying to find this article.
