Wouldn't matter anyway. Most likely cause is that the jQuery code itself is erroring out, causing $ to be undefined. What version of jQuery? What version of IE? Have you looked at your js errors? Create a page with _only_ jQuery in it, load it in your IE, and see if it cases an error. Matt Kruse
