Thank you. I'm not exactly doing Ajax, but I should have mentioned that when the page is loaded, user-admin time preferences for innerfade.js, for example, are selected from the database and populate template placeholder in the Javascript.
So, it sounds like I will not be kicked out of the pool if I run my JS in the body. Phew!
