based on Klaus' comment, you might try giving #producttab a fixed height and see if that helps (each time you click a tab, it collapses and the scroll bar readjusts... and then the various tab contents are uneven). Or, you might need to add a script to figure out where the user has scrolled to at the moment they click a tab, and then try and hold that position
