Hello again, I tested this by setting classes ui-dialog-content ui-widget-content to titlebar, and yes, it displays over pdf document in Acrobat Reader. I'm not so familiar with how dialog works but this should be easy to fix so that titlebar works even without those classes. Because adding those classes obviously causes that dialog is no more draggable.
