Probably he has on the code some 'if' that does nothing or he is capturing
an Exception and not printing anything during it.
It happened with me sometimes with this both cases...

I have a customer who is using a servlet to manually send html back to the
browser instead of writing a jsp.
Normally it works fine, but occasionally the servlet returns a blank page.
Any ideas on what could cause this?
