   Steven was able to pick up the approaching andorian on his tricorder, but
only at extreme range of the device's effective range.  The blue dude was
coming from the same direction as the tracks that Maggie and Katya followed. 
About the only thing that he could determine was that it was actually an
andorian, and he had some slight injuries.

As the Andorian approached the base camp he caught a glimpse of some movement
in the camp.  He instinctively backed off, and found a good hiding place in
some brush to take a good look before taking off for better cover.

  Maggie and Katya were close behind the Andorian, but undetected.
