AFAIK - StoryServer has a TCL based development environment which
you can extend using C!
Dynamo from ATG is in the StoryServer league, it's a Java application
server which includes JSP, Servlets and a whole lot more. ATG are where
Sun licenced the whole page compilation thing from (it also
runs http://www.sun.com/MySun/).
