Hello,
I use for a very limited (20 persons with very low load) on a Pentium
200/64MB/NT Server SP4 the JWSDK 1.0-EA package as a whole (I mean that I
use the included Web Server).
Its an intranet, I use DB access , servlets (a lot), JSP files (a few) and
a bunch of html files.
I made this choice because it allowed me to set up all the stuff pretty
quickly without millions of different things to configure, and it becomes
difficult to select a Web Server UpTo date form a Servlet / JSP API point
of view.
In fact It seems that JWSDK is the only one to support JSP 1.0 (I have not
yet tried with Jigsaw).
I am surprised by the stability of this little toy. It runs without problem
for a month now.
As SUN published any txet of the future of this little Web Server ?
As SUN published (or any othe people) any benchmark on this stuff ?
For a limited audience as mine under pretty low load what may lead to
choose the commercial JWS 2.0 instead of using JWSDK?
Thanks in advance
