You may want to try the very last release of JSWDK 1.0
Its 3 things in one:
a SERVLET API
a JSP API
a Web server


AFAIK this it the most up to date stuff.
Learning with JSWDK web server is a good thing for the future as this
software will become Jakarta, the next generation of Apache Jserv.

That means that you'll end with two solutions:
1) Your project is small and the JSWDK Web Server (code name Tomcat) is
sufficient.. every thing is OK you're ready
2) your project need a stronger bigger Web server, you'll just have to put
an Apache server in front of Tomcat.. and every thing is OK

Le plus simple est d'utilsier le JWSDK (Java Web Server Development Kit),
la nouvelle version vient juste de sortir. Le serveur Web inclu va devenir
le successeur de Jserv, l'add-on d'Apache. Donc apprendre aujourd'hui à
manipuler Tomcat (c'est son petit nom) c'est un bon investissement pour la
suite.

C'est d'autant plus un bon investissmeent que la prochaine spec de Servlet
API spécifie un certain nombre de trucs sur l'organisation des fichiers et
du serveur (WEB-INF, settings en XML etc....) qui commencent à être
implémentés dans Tomcat dès cette version.
