Which platform are u using for JSP in the first place?
If it is Win NT4/ win 2000 then Wordpad/ Notepad comes as a part of
Accessories.
Forte for Java, Community Edition can be downloaded from the Sun site,
http://www.sun.com.
then there is homesite, from the Allaire site, http://www.allaire.com
then there is IBM websphere editor, you will find it in the
http://www.ibm.com
