Hi Java fellas..
I noticed that Apache HTTP server very slow on WinNT.
is there any settings that need to be changed to increase the performance?
and also, I noticed something funny too.. I have set ThreadsPerChild to 50
and MaxRequestsPerChild to 0, but
still only 1 user can access the server.. why is it?
