A celeron 600 is no problem.
I agree with Adrian: Put 256MB RAM in it.
Don't use Tomcat.
Why use weblogic?
seriously reconsider your transition to use EJB's. Is it really necessary,
or is it just fancy?
How much load are you expecting?
What exactly will you be doing?
What webserver do you plan to use?
