these pages uses DHTML technology which combination of
HTML,JavaScript,CSS .
To implement said dynamism at client-side javascript Events are used
eg.OnMouseOver and OnMouseOut which calls different function
with OnMouseOver function a part of document is made visible by
using html <div > tag
with OnMouseOut same part is hidden
