Spec-wise, ref vmspec 2nd ed[1], 5.3.4, "following four
conditions", call them 1,2,3,4. #3 is the one that defines
(obscurely :-) what I meant by "related". "Related" was
probably a bad way to put it. Refer to the article for a
(much) better explanation.
