Absolutely. Intellij is the best java editor there is. If you're more focused on the java stuff, there's nothing like it.
However, it still is a text editor. It's low level HTML coding. If you like to click buttons to place a textarea, Intellij is not for you. But e.g. the smart autocomplete works perfect, even in JSP files.
