what do u mean by your statement : 'You can have just one "include"
parameterized by your request attribute', I did not understand it... can u
please explain.

the link you have included describes a CUSTOM TAG which as he satates is
SIMILAR to <jsp:include../> but not the same, as far as the Joel's code goes
its a valid piece of code.
