Harry,
the DE l10n is just fine - have a look at the file content: the "outdated or
superfluous" entries are all located at the end of the files with a special
remark.
I'm doing this for the translation to be cumulative, meaning they can be used
with every version of JSPWiki. This way, bug fixes and improvements can be
easily "backported" by simply copying the latest files into an older
installation.
