Janne Jalkanen commented on JSPWIKI-438:
----------------------------------------

I don't think we're talking about the same thing here. Compilation is quite
automatic; running happens via a homebrew script (launched from within Eclipse,
and which cleans and rebuilds everything first, just in case. I've been bitten
a few times before when an IDE has not deployed code that it thought it had.)
You could use the "install.sh" script that comes in the top-level dir and
attach it to the "Deploy" -button.

I know what you mean; most of my other projects use Eclipse autodeploy to
Eclipse-internal servers.

> Hi,
> I am having difficulties to install JSPWiki in Eclipse. I know that Janne has
> made some scripts that compile to project. Well, Eclipse runs some nice
> background compiling development features so that you don´t need to run the
> script everytime you change some code.
> Only thing is you need to arrange the wiki structure i little bit more like a
> web project.
> I know that this has been a issue before but are there any reasons why f.e.
> the webdocs can´t be moved to WEB-INF?
