1.) Log into the JIRA (create a free account) and leave a comment that you will be taking care of this, so no one else works on it. 2.) We need you to check out JSPWiki (svn co shown here: http://incubator.apache.org/jspwiki/development/source_and_guide.html), navigate to that properties file and open it up in a text editor. 3.) Watch a soccer game on TV, and during the commercial breaks, translate away! (I know Brazilian culture well. :) 4.) Once translated, do a "diff -u > lang.patch" and attach the patch to that JIRA item.
Also, feel free to check the JIRA for programmatic bugs that need fixing as well, there's lots of code modernization still needed with JSPWiki.
