Tried previews at jspwiki.org - UTF-8 works correctly there. I have
turned on tomcat uriencoding (but that shouldn't affect page content),
and restarted the server with locale set to use UTF-8, to no avail. I am
running the latest 2.6.3. I see posts with similar problems, all
out-of-date, and all saying things work at jspwiki.org, but no
resolution as to what was wrong with the users' configurations.

Thanks,
ter
