You can create pages or even clone pages by the little buttons in the
search-dropdown.
However, it's not obvious for a new user to find these links, and
understand what to do with them.

Probably it could be useful to move the Edit (which actually allows to
create new pages) and Clone command as new menu-items under the more
menu  ?

This could easilty be achieved by a title attribute on this links,
which generates in most browser a little popup with the text.
