Im not sure what you mean but I don't think I have access to the cloudstack configuration (the interface is provided by the hosting company I'm with) Also, would that mean I can maybe already use the ec2 driver in juju by pointing it to the cloudstack endpoint from my hosting provider? Because the docs are not really clear about this...
