I am thinking about a blog specializing in numerical math, optimization, 
and maybe simulation, in Julia.  I will not set up a blog of my own, but 
I would like to contribute to such a blog.  Is there something like a 
"shared/joined" blog, or are there some of you interested in this area 
and in working together on such a blog?
