normally i use mac or linux, but am now having to use windows as well, and have the following questions:
1. i can make the julia repl window taller, but not wider. is the latter possible? 2. i can paste into the julia repl, but not copy anything from it. again, possible? 3. is there any way on windows to get it to remember the last size/position of the window? 4. on my monitor, the shade of blue used by info() is difficult to read against the black background. is there a way to change it without having to compile julia? thanks.
