The fourth, and planned-to-be-final, release candidate of Julia 0.4.0 is available for download from the usual place <http://julialang.org/downloads/>. Please test extensively, report issues to the issue tracker <https://github.com/JuliaLang/julia/issues> for base Julia problems, and report issues with packages to their respective issue trackers.
If no release-blocking issues are identified within the next few days, we plan to promote 0.4.0-rc4 to final with as few changes as possible. -Tony
