I solved the problem :) In XFE (http://roland65.free.fr/xfe/) associate .jl files with /usr/bin/julia allows one click execution of Julia programs :) In Thunar, it seems to be much more difficult : https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=194464
