Hey Larry, If I create a new layer and add points and a polygon, and right-click the layer name and select "Save Selected Datasets", I get the error "Use *** Save Dataset As *** to save layer:New". Then of course when I try "Save Dataset As" to save as a shapefile, I get the "mixed geometries error". This is with OJ 1.3.1.
